Job summary

LVT is seeking a Director of User Experience to lead design across a multi‑product ecosystem, from physical hardware to web and mobile software. You will shape the UX strategy, build a scalable design system, and champion AI-native workflows within a growing team.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM to drive design‑led decisions at the executive level, deliver measurable improvements in user experience, and scale the design function as the company expands its Intelligent Site

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product design with leadership experience.
• Portfolio showing end‑to‑end design across multi‑product ecosystems.
• Experience turning technical/data‑dense systems into intuitive UX.
• Experience owning or contributing to a design system.
• Demonstrated AI‑native design leadership and cross‑functional advocacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication across exec and product teams.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

• Set the UX vision and design strategy across hardware, deployment, and software.
• Own end‑to‑end user experience across a multi‑product ecosystem.
• Translate technical data into high‑end user experiences for enterprise customers.
• Lead, grow, and mentor the design team; influence at the executive level.
• Drive AI‑native design adoption and integrate AI‑powered workflows.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM to ensure design‑led decisions.
• Establish scalable design standards and a reusable design system.
• Champion user research and translate insights into product direction.
• Set quality bar for design craft and contribute to key initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, and retain designers and researchers as the team grows.
• Report design outcomes and impact on product/business goals.
