Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director of Product Design to lead the design discipline within its Digital Product & Engineering organization. You will own user experience and design across prioritized domains, building a world-class team and upholding brand-aligned, accessible interfaces.

Lead design system evolution, partner with Product and Engineering leadership, and drive user-centered practices that inform product decisions and improve adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 10+ years in product or experience design with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and branding of Coca-Cola digital products and ensure brand fidelity.
• Build and lead a world-class Product Design team.
• Own the design system, components, and accessibility standards.
• Lead user research and discovery to ground decisions in evidence.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Leads to shape product direction.
• Elevate craft through critiques and high-fidelity prototypes.
