Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is building a modern product organization and seeks a senior design leader to co-own the end-to-end experience across a broad portfolio. You will lead a growing design team, shape the experience strategy, and partner with executives to deliver AI-enabled, scalable experiences for internal and customer-facing users.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design or UX experience, with 4+ years in design leadership roles.
• Portfolio showing leadership, vision, and shipped outcomes in multi-role ecosystems.
• Experience co-owning product strategy with senior leaders and influencing executives.
• Experience building or evolving design systems and AI components across platforms.
• Exceptional storytelling, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Co-Own the Experience Vision with the Head of Product Design & Research.
• Translate vision into portfolio-level design direction and principles.
• Champion simplicity, coherence, and usability across the portfolio.
• Lead and grow the team of product designers, mentoring and evaluating performance.
• Direct and align design work across product areas to ensure cohesion and quality.
