Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design or UX with 4+ years in design leadership, managing designers.
• Portfolio shows leadership across portfolio-level design, strategy, and shipped products with measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing for multi-role, multi-touchpoint ecosystem products across customer and internal tooling.
• Co-owning product strategy with senior leaders and shaping direction at executive level.
• Experience building or evolving design systems and governance, including AI components.
• Exceptional storytelling, facilitation, and cross-functional influence to earn alignment.
• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and raise design capability within a practice.
• Fluency in user-centered design, accessibility, and web/mobile interaction design.
• Experience leading user research and integrating insights into strategy.
• Proficiency in Figma, Claude tools, and modern AI prototyping workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of product designers and shape the practice as it scales.
• Own end-to-end experience direction and portfolio-level design frameworks.
• Balance hands-on work with mentorship and coaching to elevate quality and craft.
• Drive ambitious, high-stakes design work and ensure coherence across product areas.
