Job summary

You will mentor staff and senior designers, scale the design practice, and partner with research to ensure insight-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design or UX experience with 4+ years in design leadership.
• Portfolio showing vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes across a portfolio.
• Experience designing multi-role, multi-touchpoint ecosystem products.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the end-to-end experience vision across the portfolio.
• Lead and grow a team of product designers and develop talent.
• Lead high-stakes design work and ensure coherence across product areas.
• Shape strategy at the executive level and advocate for outcomes.
