Job summary

Gordian is seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Procurement portfolio, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You will own end-to-end strategy, vision, and lifecycle management across Job Order Contracting and ezIQC solutions, and drive SaaS revenue growth on the Gordian Cloud Platform.

You will lead Product Managers and Product Owners, align cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, Revenue Operations), and apply Fortive Business System tools

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B enterprise software (SaaS).
• At least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/Sr. Director).
• Deep domain background in Construction Tech/PropTech/Facilities Management or GovTech software.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for Gordian’s Procurement product line.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers and Product Owners; define KPIs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, and Revenue Operations to build a world-class operating model.
