Gordian is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Procurement portfolio, including JOC and ezIQC platforms, on the Gordian Cloud Platform. You will own strategy, execution, and lifecycle management, building a high-performing team across product managers and product owners.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B enterprise software (SaaS)
• At least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/Sr. Director)
• Experience with portfolio-level strategy and ROI֍pricing/s packaging concepts

Responsabilités

• Own multi-year vision and strategy for Procurement product line
• Lead and develop Product Managers and Product Owners
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, data science and revenue ops to build product operating model
• Drive SaaS metrics, retention, feature adoption, and margin expansion
• Engage with executive leadership and external partners to align roadmaps with business targets
