Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead strategy and transformation across the procurement portfolio. You will own end-to-end product strategy, work with senior stakeholders, and drive growth through innovations and GTM evolution.

The role demands a robust 12+ years in product leadership, with a proven ability to align product roadmaps to business outcomes and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of product strategy and/or product management leadership across the full lifecycle.
• Experience transforming product portfolios and go-to-market approaches to accelerate growth.
• Experience with business and technology procurement leaders is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Understand needs of Chief Procurement Officers and leadership to drive client value and growth.
• Own evolution of procurement product strategy and lead portfolio transformation for double-digit growth.
• Develop, launch and manage innovations across multiple sources of value balancing client needs with Gartner economics.
• Evolve go-to-market, gain stakeholder buy-in and manage change programs.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving to improve performance and present updates to executives.
