Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in operational excellence or large-scale change in global organizations.
• Fluency in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and value stream methods.
• Working knowledge of AI, analytics, and automation.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with senior leaders.
• Experience developing management practices based on lean principles.
• Deep understanding of organizational behavior and habit change.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate working sessions with leaders and engineers to analyze current workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Integrate Lean, Six Sigma, and process mining to redesign workflows for measurable improvements.
• Guide leaders in designing for outcomes and integrating AI and automation effectively.
• Advise on appropriate AI applications and challenge ineffective process designs.
• Connect leaders and change efforts to ensure smooth deployment of opportunities.
• Promote visibility into redesigned processes to sustain gains and catch issues early.
• Establish a consistent approach for prioritizing and launching value stream redesigns.
