Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; PMP or equivalent project management experience preferred.
• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in operational excellence, business transformation, or enterprise process management.
• Expertise in continuous process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) with strategic and hands-on application.
• Strong analytical capability with KPIs such as AHT, cycle time, throughput, and capacity planning.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating automation opportunities including AI, RPA, APIs, and workflow technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise performance frameworks with standardized KPIs.
• Own Lean Six Sigma and transformation programs aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Lead and execute high-impact initiatives; document current-state processes and future-state roadmaps.
• Conduct capacity and demand analysis; identify bottlenecks and utilization risks.
• Quantify benefits and monitor post-implementation results; drive continuous optimization.
• Define executive dashboards and performance reporting; ensure sustained improvements.
