Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Senior Director of Process Excellence in Dallas to lead AI-enabled value-stream redesigns across the enterprise. You will bring Lean Six Sigma rigor, guide executive teams, and partner with HR and Digital to embed continuous improvement. This role shapes how AI and human judgment create measurable improvements at scale.

You will coach leaders, drive standard work, and establish a new operating system that sustains improvements across business units and regions.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years leading enterprise-level operational excellence in global organizations.
• Fluency in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and value stream methods.
• Experience applying AI, analytics, automation to business outcomes.
• Strong facilitation and coaching with senior leaders.
• Experience developing management practices and tools built on lean principles.
• Deep understanding of organizational behavior and change.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate working sessions with business leaders to examine how work flows and identify bottlenecks.
• Integrate Lean, Six Sigma, BPM with process mining for measurable gains.
• Design decisions and outcomes into core workflows with AI and human judgment.
• Advise leadership on where AI applies and avoid unnecessary automation.
• Coordinate with Digital, AI, and HR to deploy redesigns enterprise-wide.
• Maintain always-on visibility into redesigned process performance and drift.
• Define a consistent enterprise-wide approach to value stream redesigns.
• Embed process excellence disciplines at scale and build communities of practice across the organization.
• Assess maturity and refine the system based on feedback and results.
