Job summary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum 10-12 years relevant business experience is required.
• A minimum of 8 years in Supply Chain (Operational), Quality or R&D is required.
• Black Belt Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programs and own end-to-end business processes for IMQ.
• Enable quality processes, train documentation, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee performance management, risk assessments and resiliency in supply chain.
• Partner with R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain and Enterprise functions.
