Job summary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 10–12 years of relevant business experience required.
• At least 8 years in Supply Chain (Operational), Quality or R&D.
• Black Belt Certification preferred.
• Proven PE knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean or DEX.
• Strong leadership, people management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Financial acumen and business insight to align improvements with strategy.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex programs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Enable the Quality processes as a close partner to IMQ leadership.
• Decompose processes, document them, and drive training and consistency.
• Manage investments for Quality Systems with Strategy & Operations and Finance.
• Oversee end-to-end performance management and tiered structures.
• Own resiliency in the supply chain and BoD risk content.
• Develop talent and build high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with IMQ, Enterprise and partner functions.
• Coordinate with R&D and Commercial to align IMQ processes.
