Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering.
• 12+ years of progressive process engineering experience, incl. water/wastewater.
• 7+ years in leadership managing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of the process engineering function for NORAM WaterTech.
• Develop scalable, standards-based treatment solutions across markets.
• Build and develop a high-performance process engineering organization.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and governance in engineering activities.
