Job summary

Menska is seeking a seasoned Director of Aircraft Management Sales to drive new business and expand a portfolio of managed aircraft across the Southeastern and broader USA. The role involves identifying aircraft owners, cultivating trusted relationships, and securing long-term management agreements.

You will engage with UHNW clients, brokers and aviation advisors, develop tailored proposals, and present cost and ownership solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience with high-net-worth clients.
• At least 3 years of experience within business aviation.
• A strong network of aircraft owners, brokers, family offices or aviation advisors.
• Experience in aircraft management, aircraft sales, acquisitions or related private aviation services.
• A sound understanding of Part 91 and Part 135 operations and aircraft ownership costs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage private aircraft owners and prospective management clients.
• Build referral networks with aircraft brokers, family offices, wealth managers and aviation advisors.
• Develop tailored aircraft management proposals and present solutions to UHNW clients.
• Advise prospective clients on aircraft ownership costs, operational requirements and management options.
• Negotiate aircraft management agreements and support onboarding of new owners.
• Represent the business at industry events and develop strategic relationships.
• Manage a strong pipeline of prospective aircraft management clients.
