Menska Ltd seeks a Director of Fractional Sales to lead high-value ownership transactions in the private aviation sector. The role targets UHNW clients and top-tier business owners, managing the full cycle from introduction to contract closure.

This senior, hands-on position rewards a proven track record with uncapped commissions and substantial earnings potential, including regional travel throughout the Southeastern USA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in private aviation sales, including fractional ownership, jet cards or aircraft sales.
• Proven track record of closing high-value transactions.
• Established network of UHNW clients, business owners, family offices and trusted advisors.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and the confidence to engage with sophisticated buyers.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to generating and closing new business.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Driving fractional aircraft ownership sales.
• Developing relationships with UHNW individuals, business owners, executives and family offices.
• Building a strong pipeline of qualified buyers through networking, referrals and proactive business development.
• Establishing relationships with wealth advisors, aviation attorneys and other influential intermediaries.
• Identifying opportunities to introduce existing private aviation clients to fractional ownership.
• Managing the full sales cycle, from initial introduction through to contract execution.
• Working closely with senior leadership to achieve commercial objectives.
