Qualifications

• 3+ years full time relevant industry experience.
• 3+ years in a preconstruction or estimating role with GC or trade partner.
• 1+ year demonstrated experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum seven years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction leaders in developing quantity take-off and cost estimates.
• Assist with lump-sum bidding and other preconstruction services.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to meet deadlines and accurate planning.
