Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Executive to lead project delivery and client relationships across diverse verticals, from schools to highways and hospitals. The role emphasizes delivering projects on time, securing favorable profit targets, and fostering a culture of safety and quality within teams.

In addition to managing contracts and bids, the candidate will coordinate with external stakeholders and contribute to Skanska’s values-driven environment, including total rewards and career

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 15 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a plan to deliver the required project and services efficiently, with input from project teams and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee a single large project or multiple projects and generate business, negotiate contracts, estimate, bid, and manage profit/loss.
  • Supervise project staff and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The Project Executive develops and implements a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible, with the support of the project teams and input from external stakeholders. This position is responsible for managing all company contacts with new and existing clients. The Project Executive may oversee a single large project or multiple projects. This position is responsible for generating business, negotiating contracts, estimating, bidding, profit/loss of assigned projects, and supervision of project staff.

Project Executive Required Qualifications:

Salary Low

USD $176,870.00/Yr.

Salary High

USD $240,000.00/Yr.
