Skanska USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects with PM teams. You will plan, budget, and schedule work, transitioning from pre-construction to construction and ensuring safety and compliance across all federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall project direction of large, complex and/or multiple projects with PM teams.
• Assemble project teams and plan for timely, cost-effective outcomes.
• Budget, organize, implement and schedule the project lifecycle.
• Oversee transition from estimate/pre-construction to construction, including design management.
• Ensure the project area is constructed safely, ethically, and compliant with laws.

The Senior Project Manager oversees the overall project direction of large, complex and/or multiple projects that have Project Management Teams. They will be instrumental in the assembly of these teams. The Senior Project Manager is responsible to plan and oversee the project to ensure a timely and cost effective outcome. This includes budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the project. They will oversee a smooth transition from the estimate/pre-construction phase to construction, including design management, if applicable, in order to protect the bid position. They are responsible for ensuring the project/area is constructed in a safe, ethical manner, and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
