Qualifications

• BS degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years in oncology commercial strategy, marketing, diagnostics, or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of oncology market landscape and precision medicine ecosystem.
• Experience with US and global drug and CDx launches; lifecycle management and business development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global precision medicine and diagnostic commercialization strategies across solid tumor and hematology assets.
• Drive global CDx readiness and launch excellence, including testing strategy and payer considerations.
• Deliver strategic precision medicine insights to inform enterprise decisions.
• Serve as a core member of Global Product Teams across assets.
• Collaborate with Tumor Leads, Diagnostics Development, Medical, Market Access and regional teams.
