Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director of Translational Medicine (Neurology) to lead biomarker strategy for late‑stage programs, represent TM on global teams, and drive data generation from trials. This role partners with CROs and internal scientists to deliver timely biomarker insights that accelerate drug development and regulatory submissions.

The successful candidate will have extensive neuroscience translational experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of mentoring

Qualifications

• PhD or MD/PhD in neuroscience with 10+ years translational medicine experience.
• 7+ years of late-stage clinical biomarker experience in biotech/pharma.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements late development biomarker plans and study interfaces.
• Selects assays and vendors for clinical biomarkers; manages outsourcing.
• Delivers biomarker data analyses and timelines with CROs and teams.
• Prepares translational/biomarker presentations for internal/external audiences.
• Keeps biomarker data publications on track with Medical Communications.
