Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Sr Director to lead Precision Engagement, shaping strategy and capabilities across omnichannel, data, and AI. You will build and lead a high-performing NA team and partner with Digital, Analytics, Brand, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services to deliver scalable engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, analytics, or equivalent.
• 12+ years in commercial, omnichannel, digital, or analytics roles.
• Proven ability to govern complex customer engagement roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead North America Precision Engagement strategy and roadmap.
• Build and grow a high-performing Precision Engagement team.
• Partner with Digital, Analytics, Brand, and Operations to align roadmaps.
