Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in commercial, omnichannel, digital, or related functions.
• Experience owning and governing complex customer engagement roadmaps.
• Experience translating needs into data, technology, and capability requirements.
• Hands-on experience in engagement use cases with audiences, signals, and triggers.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead NA Precision Engagement strategy, priorities, and roadmap.
• Establish operating models across Precision Engagement and enabling functions.
• Oversee portfolio of use cases, sequencing work and reusable patterns.
• Lead evolution from channel-based to connected, personalized engagement.
• Coach Directors and partner with Digital, Analytics, and Brand teams.
• Set governance, decision rights, and accountability for delivery.
• Represent Precision Engagement in senior cross-functional forums.
• Lead talent development, hiring, and capability uplift.
