Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Sr Director of Precision Engagement and Orchestration in Cambridge, MA to define and lead the North America Precision Engagement strategy and roadmap. You will build and guide a high-performing team, partner with Digital, Analytics, and Brand to deliver personalized, omnichannel experiences across customer journeys, and shape the capability architecture for scalable engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, analytics, or equivalent experience.
12+ years' experience in commercial, omnichannel, digital, analytical, operational, or related functions.
Demonstrated success building and scaling new organizational or commercial capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the North America Precision Engagement strategy, priorities, capability roadmap, and measures of success.
Establish governance and operating model across Precision Engagement and enabling functions.
Lead the Evolution of engagement from channel-based to personalized customer experiences.
Oversee the product development lifecycle and ensure scalable, reusable capabilities.
