Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Sr Director for Precision Engagement in Cambridge, MA, to drive the strategy, governance, and execution of an integrated, AI-enabled omnichannel engagement model. Establish governance and operating model across multiple enablement teams and functions.
Lead the evolution toward precise, connected, personalized customer engagement at scale.
Oversee development lifecycle governance from backlog prioritization to launch readiness.
Represent Precision Engagement in senior cross-functional forums and manage capacity and priorities.
