Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial, omnichannel, or digital roles.
• Experience shaping omnichannel engagement use cases with data-driven methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead precision engagement strategy and priority use cases.
• Define data, tech, and content requirements for engagement programs.
• Collaborate with Digital, Analytics, and brand teams across markets.
• Drive agile product lifecycle and measurement for initiatives.
