Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop policy and procedures; supervise complex research projects and analyze legislation and regulations.
  • Standardize procedures, coordinate with program areas, and ensure alignment with agency management plans.
  • Represent ED in meetings to advance new policies, with inter-agency coordination and data sharing.
  • Monitor timelines, mitigate issues, and facilitate policy implementation across units.
  • Collaborate on forms, pamphlets, posters, and desk aids for policy management.
  • Oversee administrative functions: interviewing, training, staffing analyses, and reporting.
