Job summary

National Community Renaissance is seeking a Director of Property Management Strategy and Administration to partner with the head of Property Management and drive strategic plans, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment.

The role leads workforce development, policy standardization, and performance measurement while ensuring resident-focused service and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive executive operations/administrative leadership experience.
• At least 3 years managing employees or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and represent senior leadership.
• Experience with senior executives and external stakeholders; handling sensitive matters.
• Experience in strategic execution and process improvement; budget/resource analysis.
• Affordable housing/multifamily property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and monitoring of property management strategic plans and priorities.
• Oversee administrative functions, reporting, records management, and internal controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal, Maintenance, IT.
• Develop policies, templates, and communication protocols across the portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop assigned employees; succession planning and engagement.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and audits; ensure regulatory compliance.
