Job summary

Crown Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Director to oversee all facets of a residential multi-family community, including operations, maintenance, budgeting, and capital improvements.

You will lead on-site teams, manage leasing to hit budget goals, ensure data accuracy, and drive revenue growth while upholding compliance with Fair Housing and ADA laws.

This role emphasizes mentorship, reporting, risk management, and community engagement to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in multi-family, sales, retail, hospitality, property management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned asset.
• Manage leasing activities to achieve budget goals.
• Recruit, interview and select qualified teammates; supervise on-site team.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching for staff.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly property reports.
• Analyze budgets and financial information.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA laws, and company policies.
• Plan and market community events to drive occupancy.
