Florida Blue seeks a Senior IT Director II, Operations Delivery & Reliability to lead the application hosting platforms and ITSM capabilities across Tower 4 and Tower 5. You will guide DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and AI governance while coordinating change, incidents, and lifecycle disciplines to protect service quality.

The role blends a build/run platform mandate with enterprise governance for reliability and security.

Qualificações

• 7+ years IT leadership in platforms and service reliability.
• Experience managing director-level or senior-manager‑level technical leaders.
• Hands‑on depth in hosting, PaaS, APIs and batch, DevOps/CI‑CD, observability.
• Strong ITSM/ITIL foundation with ServiceNow ownership experience preferred; ITIL 4 a plus.
• GenAI platform enablement and AI governance familiarity a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own Tower 4: Application & Developer Platforms including hosting, SaaS/applications, APIs, and CI/CD toolchains.
• Own Tower 5: ITSM, incident/change management, Major Incident Management, and CMDB.
• Coordinate licensing, asset management, and lifecycle with FinOps and security partners.
• Lead KPI/scorecard for platform availability, MTTR, change success rate, and vulnerability remediation SLAs.
• Lead cross-tower leadership, governance, and vendor management to optimize cost and performance.
• Represent Operations Delivery & Reliability in governance forums with executive leadership.
