Job summary

Florida Blue is seeking a Senior IT Director II, Operations Delivery & Reliability to lead enterprise platforms, ITSM, and reliability programs. You will oversee application hosting, DevOps, API integration, and AI governance while coordinating with executive leadership on reliability, debt, and licensing posture.

The role requires strong leadership of directors and senior managers, deep ITIL/ITSM expertise, and a hands-on ability to drive changes across multiple towers and partner environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Experience in application platforms, platform engineering, ITSM and service reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own Tower 4: Application & Developer Platforms (hosting, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD).
• Own Tower 5: ITSM, incident/change management, Major Incident Management.
• Lead cross-tower governance, KPI/scorecard, TBM/FinOps collaboration.
• Oversee asset/license management, lifecycle and compliance activities.
• Drive ITIL 4 continual-improvement and Lean practices.
