Florida Blue seeks a Senior IT Director II to lead Operations Delivery & Reliability, overseeing enterprise application platforms and ITSM disciplines. You will drive platform hosting, CI/CD, and governance across multiple towers while briefing executives on reliability and debt.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in platforms/ITSM/service reliability.
• Experience leading director-level or senior-manager-level technical leaders.
• Hands-on depth in application hosting, PaaS, APIs, DevOps, and cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Tower 4: Application & Developer Platforms including hosting, SaaS support, APIs, CI/CD, and GenAI platform.
• Own Tower 5: ITSM, incident/change/problem management, CMDB, asset/license management, and lifecycle governance.
• Lead cross-tower leadership, governance, and TBM cost discussions; report metrics and drive continuous improvement.
