• Deep architectural command of Databricks and Apache Spark at enterprise scale and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Sets the multi-year technical vision and architecture for the Risk Feature Engineering Platform.
• Leads teams across feature store, attribute engines, migration, and real-time feature generation.
• Acts as the technical authority for platform, setting standards and governance across teams.
• Sets data governance, quality, and lineage direction including PCI handling.
• Partners with Databricks on platform roadmap and timelines, aligning with broader platform directions.
• Interacts with senior leaders to drive consensus and manage cross‑product collaborations.
