Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Strong hands-on system design and application development skills with production ownership.
• Advanced Python proficiency (3.10+), with dataclasses, type hints, and CLI frameworks.
• Experience delivering generative AI/LLM solutions, including RAG and tool orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Drives adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery.
• Build and maintain full-stack Python toolkit and data products powering risk-oversight workflows.
• Implement LLM-based services, including RAG, tool orchestration, and guardrails.
• Develop authenticated integrations and APIs to internal systems (REST and WebSocket).
• Work on data pipelines with data scientists to join large datasets across sources.
• Write secure production code with comprehensive tests and participate in code reviews.
• Build observability into services and assist in incident response and remediation.
