Job summary

Maimonides Health seeks an experienced operations professional to support the Physician Practice Network in New York. You will report to the Vice President, Physician Practice Operations and help assess needs across practices, optimize workflows, and drive quality outcomes and satisfaction for patients, providers, and staff.

Responsibilities include conducting current-state assessments, mapping workflows, coordinating projects with leaders and departments, and ensuring initiatives stay on time

Qualifications

• Education and healthcare-operations experience required.
• Experience optimizing practice workflows and operations.
• Ability to map and assess current-state workflows.
• Strong communication with clinicians and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess local stakeholder needs and build a support system for improvement opportunities.
• Shadow staff and map existing workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
