Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Senior Category Manager for Photo and Services to lead a high-visibility portfolio across stores and digital channels. You will set strategic direction, translate insights into business plans, and partner cross-functionally to drive growth and innovation.

You will build and develop a team of Category Merchants and Analysts, shaping talent, accountability, and performance culture while aligning with CVS Health’s Heart At Work behaviors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years category management with P&L ownership.
• Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into category strategies.
• Influence without authority; lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and margin goals by market share and managing the category P&L.
• Manage large vendor relationships, JBPs, and negotiations for growth.
• Develop category plans including SKU mix and loyalty programs.
• Lead strategic promotional strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Build and coach a high-performing merchandising team.
• Use insights to inform assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising decisions.
• Contribute to General Merchandising initiatives.
