Qualifications

• 10+ years category management or direct spend with P&L ownership.
• Ability to translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable category strategies.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional partners.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and margin goals while managing the category P&L.
• Lead vendor relationships, negotiate, and secure growth.
• Develop category plans for SKU mix, loyalty programs, promotions.
• Set strategic direction and translate insights into actionable business plans.
• Build and coach a high-performing team of Merchants and Analysts.
• Leverage insights to identify growth opportunities and improve competitiveness.
• Contribute to General Merchandising initiatives.
