Guardian Pharmacy of Michigan is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our Grand Rapids team. You will help develop annual sales plans, grow relationships with nursing homes and long-term care facilities, and ensure high client adoption and profitability across the portfolio.

The role requires 3+ years in LTC or related sales/account management, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Significant travel (up to 75-80%) is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ new sales or account management experience in LTC, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, or Geriatric Facility.
• Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual sales plan as outlined in the business plan.
• Nurture and develop existing relationships and new business as the preferred provider of pharmacy services to nursing home communities.
• Ensure maximum customer adoption rates in all facilities serviced.
• Market local business as a preferred provider to facility residents and families at monthly family nights.
• Ensure contracts with clients meet profitability targets for the unit.
• Maintain client relationships through expert advisory status and problem-solving.
