Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a senior pharmacy operations leader to guide systemwide strategy across divisions, aligning with organizational goals and priorities. You will drive high‑reliability operations by partnering with site leaders to implement standardized workflows, shared technologies, and best‑practice models in dispensing, IV workflow, robotics, and inventory systems.

You will oversee budgeting, workforce planning, quality and safety, and regulatory compliance while leading teams

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Pharmacy.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health.
• 5 years of pharmacy experience in a health system.
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a health system OR HSPAL residency with 4 years of leadership.
• Knowledge of high-reliability safety practices and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute systemwide operational strategy and standardized workflows.
• Lead pharmacy automation, robotics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Optimize purchasing, inventory and cost control; support drug shortages and contracting.
• Lead business continuity and emergency response coordination for medication distribution.
• Develop and manage talent, coaching, succession planning, and performance accountability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-reliability safety practices.
