Job summary

Optum is seeking a senior leader to guide pharmacy fulfillment operations across the network. You will partner with senior leadership to set objectives, oversee budgets, and drive performance improvements that align with growth plans and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to optimize inventory, automate processes, and ensure high service levels while managing a large, dispersed network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in fulfillment, distribution, or large-scale pharmacy networks.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Certifications in process improvement or operational excellence are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape operational, business, and financial objectives for pharmacy operations.
• Own operating budgets, productivity targets, and cost transformation initiatives.
• Lead regular business reviews with field leaders to monitor performance and risks.
