Job summary

Signature Health, Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Pharmacy Central Services to lead centralized pharmacy operations, drive compliance, and expand services across the health system.

You will oversee inventory, automation, and regulatory adherence, while mentoring staff and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The role requires successful oversight of pharmacy workflows, collaboration with leadership, and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Ohio-licensed Pharmacist (RPh) with a current license.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; graduate degree preferred (MS, MBA, PharmD).
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience in a clinical setting.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory/administrative roles.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, Windows).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of centralized Pharmacy teams.
• Coach and develop team members through performance reviews.
• Provide coverage as needed as a Pharmacist.
• Use metrics to drive quality and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and regulatory requirements (e.g., 340B).
• Manage records for drug transactions and control.
• Collaborate on inventory and cost-saving initiatives.
• Serve as escalation point for complex inquiries.
• Lead training and meetings to improve patient care.
• May provide remote services as determined by Signature Health.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
