Arrive Logistics is a leading transportation and technology company in North America. We are hiring a Senior Carrier Account Representative in San Antonio, TX to grow carrier partnerships and service our customers with best-in-class support.

You will procure freight carriers, negotiate loads, analyze market conditions, and coordinate with the tracking team to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service from pickup to final mile.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Carrier Sales or Brokering role is required.
• Strong focus on relationship-building with carriers and customers.
• Resourceful and collaborative team player who can handle fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Procure freight carriers and develop relationships with carriers in CRM or through research.
• Develop carrier partnerships and capacity; arrange or negotiate loads for customers/shippers.
• Analyze market conditions, carrier availability, and customer shipping demands to match best carriers.
• Work closely with Arrive’s tracking team to provide elite service from pickup to delivery.
• Maintain outstanding service performance and update tracking boards regularly.
• Seek opportunities to expand capacity with new and existing customers.
• Build internal relationships with the Business Development team.
• Resolve issues efficiently using industry knowledge.
