Zinda Operating Group is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing & Growth in Austin, TX to own paid digital acquisition for our flagship client, using AI and automation to scale with depth in data and accountability for results. This is a hands-on role, deeply in the accounts, data, and numbers, not simply managing an agency relationship.

You will drive Google Search/PPC, CPA, ROAS, and revenue outcomes, building a playbook to extend the model to additional clients and practice areas.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of direct performance marketing experience.
• Track record of personally managing multi-million-dollar paid spend.
• Hands-on ownership of Google Search/PPC, not just oversight.
• Accountability for CPA, ROAS, revenue in past roles.
• Experience scaling paid acquisition while preserving economics.
