Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a senior leader to oversee enterprise-wide performance improvement initiatives, guiding large-scale transformations with Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, and the Shingo Model. Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving breakthrough results through implementation of large-scale projects and value-added change.
• Proven track record in deploying performance improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, and the Shingo Model, and driving sustainable improvements.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence principles and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve organizational objectives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provides management of large scale, high priority performance improvement initiatives including assessment of processes and implementation of improvements.
• Leads enterprise-wide leadership collaboration to create value, service excellence and a high-performing culture.
• Develops and maintains continuous improvement methodology and maintains relationships to prioritize opportunities and escalation.
• Drives service offering development by balancing cost, quality, and service and aligning with ECG pipeline priorities.
• Collaborates with ECG leaders to align projects, foster cross-functional learning, and share best practices.
• Builds strong stakeholder relationships and communicates progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to leadership and sponsors.
• Executes change management plans and supports site leaders and staff during implementation.
• Manages HR responsibilities related to staff selections, promotions, development, evaluations, and morale.
• Develops operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved objectives.
• Ensures adherence to Ethical Conduct policies and regulatory requirements.
