Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
• Identifies opportunities, develops best practices, and drives implementation across functions.
• Develops metrics to track performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Acts as internal consultant for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travels to work sites as necessary to lead projects.
