Freshworks is seeking a Senior Director of People Analytics & Workforce Planning in San Mateo, CA. This hybrid role leads the People Analytics function, defines strategy and governance, and partners with HR and business leaders to enable data-driven decisions.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Analytics, or related field.
15+ years of progressive experience in People Analytics or Workforce Planning.
Experience scaling enterprise analytics in a global SaaS context.
Strong partner to senior leaders and cross-functional programs.
Expertise with Workday and modern analytics platforms.

Responsabilidades

Lead the People Analytics function, setting strategy, operating model and roadmap.
Develop enterprise analytics, dashboards, AI-driven insights and strategic reporting.
Advance from operational reporting to predictive analytics and AI-enabled decision support.
Establish governance, standards and enterprise workforce metrics for consistent reporting.
Lead AI-enabled HR initiatives and governance across the function.
Guide a high-performing team and advise senior HR and business leaders on workforce strategy.
