Job summary

AbbVie's MAPS organization seeks a Director of Payer Contract Analytics to lead analytics for payer contracts, GTN optimization, and pricing strategies with major PBMs. You will manage a team, partner with BESD, and drive data-driven decision making across US payer channels.

You will model contracts, reconcile GTN, mentor staff, and collaborate with finance, legal, and payer marketing to maximize brand net sales while advancing access strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting or data/financial analysis roles.
• 5+ years in Market Access Payer Analytics or contracting experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Strong knowledge of payer contract dynamics and GTN.

Responsibilities

• Lead process for pricing and contracting strategies with PBMs.
• Model payer response to contract terms and track ROI.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to shape bid responses.
• Develop and refine contract performance reporting.
