Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Senior Director, Patient Support Services, to define and advance comprehensive patient support programs across the Bayer portfolio, with a focus on secondary stroke prevention, access, affordability, and adherence.

The role partners with Market Access, Commercial, Finance, Legal and Compliance to design scalable hub services, vendor management, and data infrastructure, ensuring compliant patient experiences and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, and advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with 7+ years in patient support services or hub operations.
• Strong understanding of US market access, retail pharmacy dynamics, and regulatory/compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and program leadership for patient support services, including hub services and copay programs.
• Design and launch scalable, patient-centred service models in evolving payer/regulatory contexts.
• Manage vendor/hub partnerships, SLA oversight, and contract management.
