Alleviate Care in California is seeking the Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS), a senior clinical leader responsible for directing patient care operations and ensuring CHAP standards are met. You will report to the Executive Director and act as Acting Executive Director when needed.

Responsibilities include supervising clinicians, driving quality and safety, budgeting support, staff development, and promoting hospice referrals in the community.

Qualifications

• RN license must be active in California.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s in hospice or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct patient care operations and oversee clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CHAP standards.
• Lead and develop the clinical team; drive quality, safety, and consistency in hospice services.
• Report to Executive Director/Administrator and serve as Acting Executive Director when needed.

Formation
