Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of Hospice experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Supervisory/Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of patient care services and ensure compliance with agency policy.
• Direct oversight of approximately 10 full-time employees.
• Develop policies, procedures and guidelines to fulfill program objectives.
• Oversee scheduling, supervision and ongoing education of home health aides.
• Participate in Quality Improvement programs and agency planning.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal standards for licensure and certification.
